At SiRa Dentistry in Spotswood, NJ, we offer traditional payment options and an in-house dental membership plan. For one annual fee, members receive their routine cleanings and checkups along with reduced fees on other services.
It is a strong fit for patients without insurance, or for anyone who simply wants to keep their dental costs steady and easy to plan for. No claim forms, no waiting periods, no surprises. Just a straightforward plan from the practice that knows your smile.
Membership options
We offer three membership tiers so you can choose the coverage that fits you and your family.
For patients without periodontal disease
[Annual fee, 1 year minimum, confirm with Dr. Mikhail]
- First year: 1 comprehensive exam and 1 annual periodic exam
- Subsequent years: 2 periodic exams
- Unlimited emergency exams per year
- Oral cancer screenings during hygiene visits
- Two fluoride treatments if needed
- Necessary imaging (x-rays and intraoral photos)
- 2 healthy mouth cleanings
- Reduced fees on additional cleanings [confirm % with Dr. Mikhail]
- Reduced fees on fillings, core build ups, crowns and oral surgery including grafting [confirm %]
- Reduced fees on root canals, implants, veneers, bridges, partials and dentures [confirm %]
For active periodontal disease care
[Annual fee, 1 year minimum, confirm with Dr. Mikhail]
- Includes all services on the Individual plan, excluding the healthy mouth cleanings
- Four maintenance cleanings for active disease (periodontal maintenance)
- Reduced fees on non-surgical periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing [confirm %]
Add family members at a member rate
[Family pricing tiers, confirm with Dr. Mikhail]
- Includes all services on the Individual plan
- Member rates for 2, 3, or 4 people [confirm pricing]
- Additional family members added at a set annual rate [confirm pricing]
- For immediate family members, parents and children with no age limit
